The Water Aerobics programs have something for everyone and is suitable for all fitness levels. The classes includes stretch, core training, flexibility, and balance. Water creates more resistance than land creating a workout which is efficient and easy on the joints without sweating. Various water levels are used to create variety and to alleviate the ability to swim.
Our instructors have over 25 years of experience and are trained by the Aquatic Exercise Association, an internationally acclaimed organization with the highest of standards and Water Zumba.
More traditional Water Aerobics are taught on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6 – 7 AM.
Water Zumba is taught on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7 – 8 PM.
Drop in cost for each class is $6 per person per class. Or you can purchase a $50 punch pass which is good for 10 classes (and can be a mixture of traditional Water Aerobics and Water Zumba).
